Would recomand the place. The units are elegant with a view. The location is stunning and gorgeous in a really quiet area, so close to the pub which has an excellent range of real ales from a well kept cellar plus a large selection of gins, the lawn/outside garden and the valley of Egton Bridge.

I would recomand the place. Fabulous and wonderful hotel with an outdoor bar, everything was great. I've had immaculate and quiet room with really nice touch of cakes, special soaps and bathroom. The property was in a lovely and brilliant location, in a beautiful area near to the River Esk. Also, Church of st Hilda was 2 km away. The service was excellent and the food was well presented!

Overall had brilliant stay for 2 nights which included breakfast and evening meal. The hotel had indeed a picturesque location next to a beautiful stream in the countryside. Further, it was so close to the North Yorkshire Moors Railway at Grosmont, the beautiful looking pub and lovely surrounds and a lovely valley. Generally everything was perfectly fine, nevertheless the bathroom was very small. The staffs were especially helpful & very amiable.

The room was airy, beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The staff was genuinely helpful and very amiable on arrival and throughout the stay. We were so impressed with exceptional service that would stay here again.
